Overview

Farm Linc has been a supplier of agricultural contract services since 2009. Due to additional workload, we are now looking for additional labourers to join our busy teams:

Driving license preferred, but transport can be arranged if necessary.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be involved in hedge and tree maintenance and the repair of wooden potato boxes across Lincolnshire and surrounding area. The role involves working outdoors in ALL WEATHERS and requires physical fitness, with a strong CAN DO attitude!

GOOD WORK ETHIC ESSENTIAL!

Duties

  • Maintain newly planted hedges, removing dead plants, replacing canes and tubes as required.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for the repair of potato boxes.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency

Experience

  • Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools preferred.
  • No formal qualifications are required; however, practical experience in gardening or construction will be highly regarded.
