The Role:

From tending to flowerbeds and shrubs to ensuring our outdoor areas are safe and inviting, your work will contribute to making our home a welcoming and vibrant place for residents to enjoy.
What our Gardener does:
- Maintain our grounds to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, planting and nurturing a variety of flora to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
- Care for equipment and structures such as fencing, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Clear snow and ice in the winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
- Use garden treatment chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all.
- Adapt your work schedule to accommodate the needs of our residents, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being of our residents.
