Overview

Join the team as a Soft Landscaper, helping create and maintain attractive, healthy outdoor spaces. You’ll work across landscaping and groundskeeping projects, using practical skills to support gardens and planted areas.

Duties

  • Carry out landscape maintenance and general groundskeeping.
  • Tree planting, Turfing, bark mulching and general soft landscaping installation works
  • Prepare planting areas, install plants and support ongoing horticultural care.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely for landscaping and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with irrigation installation, checks and upkeep.
  • Support construction work and operate an excavator when trained and authorised.
  • Your impact: Careful planting and irrigation upkeep help clients enjoy healthier gardens and well-maintained outdoor spaces.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in landscaping, gardening, groundskeeping or horticulture is useful.
  • Construction experience and mechanical knowledge are advantageous.
  • Confidence using hand tools and power tools is preferred.
  • Experience is welcome; safe operation must follow site procedures and any required authorisation.
  • A reliable, hands-on approach and attention to safe working practices.
  • CSCS Card is a must for this position
  • Self employed position paid through CIS scheme, UTR is required

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
