About us

Millstone Landscapes is a family run business operating since1992. We specialise in commercial landscaping and maintenance in the South West & South East of England.

We are looking for Landscaping Operatives who are able to drive, to join our friendly team at our Hampshire base in Whitchurch.

Key activities:-

  • Driving yourself & colleagues to various locations across the south east & west of England
  • Planting of shrubs, trees and native whips.
  • Preparing soil using manual and mechanical means.
  • Laying turf and seeding grass or wildflower areas.
  • Maintaining shrubs, trees, whips, turf and seeded areas in line with good horticultural practice.

What we are looking for:-

  • A FULL CURRENT UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
  • It would be an advantage if you had a current CSCS card, however we are happy to support you in getting one.
  • Having previous experience in a similar role would be a benefit.
  • Are you able to work as part of a team but also independently when necessary?
  • It would be ideal if you had a reasonable level of plant and horticultural knowledge, however full training will be given.
  • Current certificates for excavators, dumpers and chainsaws (CS30) are desirable.
  • You will need to be physically fit, have an eye for detail, be able to deliver quality work and give great levels of customer service.

Training and development opportunities are available for those wanting to progress

Working hours are Mon - Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm. Overtime is encouraged.

STARTING SALARY:- £26,900.00 - 27,600.00 for a Landscaping Assistant - Plus
