Full job description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced gardener/horticulturist to undertake winter grounds maintenance and enhancement works, with the opportunity to assist in the development, planning and implementation of wider landscape and planting projects for Summer 2027.
The role would include:
- Winter pruning, bed preparation and general garden maintenance
- Plant health assessment and seasonal care programmes
- Development of planting plans and landscape enhancement proposals
- Recommendations for seasonal colour, biodiversity and long-term garden interest
- Sourcing plants and materials where required
- Implementation and ongoing management of agreed Summer 2027 planting schemes
The ideal candidate will have relevant horticultural qualifications, a strong plant knowledge base, and experience in designing and delivering high-quality planting schemes suitable for a premium hospitality and events environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
