- To be professional and approachable with excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to support learners with vocationally embedded Maths and English skills, up to level 2.
- Competent computer skills and a willingness to learn to use an e-portfolio as well as the ability to deliver training confidently, via remote communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
- The means to travel to rural business premises.
- Business use insurance for your vehicle prior to start date of any post offered
Advantageous:
- Teaching experience in an FE or HE environment
- A teaching qualification at L3 or above
- TAQA L3 or equivalent and/or assessment experience
- TAQA L4 or equivalent
- An understanding of work-based learning
- GCSEs at Grade C or above in Maths, English

Salary £27,250 - £30,000 dependent on qualifications and experience, plus travel expenses and pension scheme.
For the right candidate, we can provide the opportunity to undertake teaching and/or assessment and/or quality assurance qualifications as part of your CPD, if not already held.
