Overview
Working on our portfolio of properties, you will work alongside our current maintenance team and your responsibilities will include:

Handyman, gardening, window cleaning and general rubbish removal

General outside maintenance including: cleaning the bin areas, maintaining communal areas, litter picking, etc.

Mowing and strimming the gardens if required

Ensure all jobs are addressed in a timely manner and garden maintenance is scheduled throughout the year

• Communicating with and keeping the Maintenance and Operations Team informed regarding work completed and any issues or faults you identify

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Handy Man role or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including gardening and irrigation techniques.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance principles is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
