This is an exciting opportunity to be part of RHS Glow, the RHS’ annual winter light trail. As twilight falls the gardens are transformed into a world of magical wonders. Are you passionate about customer service and enhancing visitor experience? The Casual Glow stewards are an integral part of this fantastic event which has become a staple of the festive calendar creating a warm welcoming experience for our visitors as well as supporting the operational and health and safety aspects of the event.

Overview of the Role:

We are looking to recruit Casual Glow Stewards to join our supportive and friendly team. As Casual Glow Steward you will be accountable for…

• Engage with and provide a warm welcoming experience for all visitors coming to the Glow Event, answering their queries, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
• Monitor and maintain the flow of visitors throughout the event space to ensure an even distribution of visitors is maintained.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations and training is followed at all times. Help to implement protocols in the event of an incident such as a power failure.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available for regular shifts including weekends and peak holiday dates.
