Full job description

Perenna Services is an Oxford grounds and garden maintenance company with steady, booked work across Oxford, oxfordshire. We're looking for a reliable self-employed gardener to join our team of subcontractors. The work is already booked: regular garden maintenance, Garden Clearance, lawn care, hedge trimming and indoor plant care and soft landscaping for homes and businesses. You won't need to find clients, quote or chase payments. You turn up, do great work and get paid every two weeks. What you'll do Regular garden maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming and tidying Indoor plant care at commercial sites (early starts some Thursdays) Occasional garden clearances and one-off tidy-ups Work on your own or alongside one of our team, depending on the job What you'll need Garden maintenance experience and knowing what you're doing on site Your own vehicle small van is fine( there's no waste to carry) Self-employed with a UTR number Public liability insurance (or willing to get it before you start) Friendly, reliable and good with clients Nice to have: your own tools (we can supply kit), What we offer £16.50-£18.50 per hour, paid every second Friday on your invoice Regular, booked work 2 to 5 days a week No quoting, chasing or admin A real chance to grow with us: as the group expands there is a path to a supervisor and management role Apply through Indeed, whatsapp 07831 693280 or email enquiries@perennaservices.co.uk.
