Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Horticulturist to join our family run company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for plants with a strong understanding of horticultural practices.

Duties

  • Oversee the propagation & growth of seasonal bedding plants, Perennials & Shrubs
  • Use irrigation systems to ensure optimal water supply for all plants.
  • Identify plant health and address pest or disease issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the Nursery.
  • Collaborate with team members whenever working on tasks.

Skills

  • Experienced in growing
  • Strong knowledge of growing conditions for a variety of plants.
  • Experience in watering different types of plants
  • Familiarity with displaying products aesthetically.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an outdoor setting.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute positively to our evolving family run Nursery.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience
