Important Information before applying for the role

  • You must be fully flexible to work on a rota basis over a seven day trading period that may include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • You are aged 18 or over.
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week inc. weekends

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, Hardworking and knowledgeable Horticulturist to join our plant nursery team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for plants with a strong understanding of horticultural practices.

Duties

  • Oversee the propagation & growth of seasonal bedding plants, Perennials & Shrubs
  • Water, fertilize, prune, and weed plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Nursery.
  • Assist with stock replenishment
  • Collaborate with team members whenever working on tasks.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute positively to our evolving family run Nursery.

Pay to be discussed dependent on experience.
