We are looking for a practical, reliable and hardworking individual to join our small, friendly team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining regular gardening and grounds maintenance with general assistance across our business. We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work, can use their own initiative and is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing.

Main Duties

• Garden and grounds maintenance at residential and commercial properties, including mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and general tidying.
• Keeping our premises, yards and storage areas clean and organised.
• Assisting with plant deliveries, installations and collections at customers' premises.
• Helping with interior plant maintenance during busy periods and holiday cover.
• General maintenance, errands, loading, unloading and other practical tasks as required.

About You

• Practical, dependable and hardworking with a positive, flexible attitude.
• Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Happy to undertake a wide variety of tasks, including physical and routine work.
• Friendly, presentable and comfortable visiting customers' premises.
• Some experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or general property upkeep would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Working Hours

Part-time, typically 1–3 days per week, with flexible working arrangements and occasional additional days during busy periods.
