Gardener – Maintenance

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate gardener to join our team. Working closely with your Round Supervisor, you'll help bring gardens to life and keep them looking their best all year round.

What You’ll Do

  • Mow lawns, edge borders, and keep things tidy
  • Weed, feed, aerate, and scarify for healthy turf
  • Tend to beds, borders, shrubs, and hedges
  • Prune, plant, and maintain seasonal displays
  • Monitor plant health, pests, and soil conditions
  • Use herbicides (if qualified) and keep hard surfaces clean

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of gardening experience or horticulture training
  • Confident with tools, machinery, and seasonal tasks
  • Great attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work at heights
  • Good communicator and a team player
  • UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Ready to work rostered seasonal Saturdays
