Job Overview
We are seeking a self employed dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The person needs their own unnamed vehicle and equipment to Stihl type standard to do the work.The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of garden maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful landscapes, ensuring that gardens flourish through proper care and attention.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain various types of plants, flowers, and shrubs in designated garden areas.

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Perform groundskeeping duties to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the landscape.
- Monitor plant health,
- Assist in landscape maintenance projects, including mulching, fertilising, and seasonal planting.

Experience
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools relevant to gardening tasks.
- Knowledge of plant care techniques, including irrigation methods and pest management strategies.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- An appreciation for nature and a commitment to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
