Become a Horticulturist and Technician caring for beautiful indoor planting - M4 Corridor
- Want to work in a successful and growing business that focuses on its people?
- Interested in an exciting and rewarding role that has variety and gives you a chance to develop yourself and have the opportunity to grow your career?
- Like plants and enjoy working with them?

The Role
- Full-time, permanent role covering the M4 corridor
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Overtime available, paid at time and a half
Field-based, this role will be responsible for the maintenance and care of both interior and exterior planting displays in our customer's premises, including watering, cleaning, pruning, pest control, and replacement of any plants that are not up to standard.
Our Field-based Technicians travel from home to their customers each day using a company supplied, sign-written van, and this is an excellent role for people who like to be out and about, enjoy working with plants, and who have great customer skills.
Benefits
- Overtime at time and a half.
- Generous Discretionary Bonus Scheme.
- Company Health Insurance.
- Good promotion and career advancement prospects.
- Company Pension.
- Full training provided - no previous experience required.
- Full uniform and PPE provided.
Our Ideal Candidate
Self-motivated, efficient, able to manage their time and workload, you will need to have excellent people skills. As the face of Plant Plan, you will need to give great customer service and be a friendly ‘face’ and be a true ambassador for the company by looking after our client needs.
Physically fit (the role is hands-on and includes lifting/moving heavy items), you will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and the ability to work to deadlines are a must.
About Us

We bring the outside inside, using amazing live and replica plants, foliage, and biophilic design knowledge to create beautiful spaces where people want to work.
