All of these activities have a core focus on supporting our participants and volunteers to make a contribution to all aspects of the planning, growing and distribution of our produce and also to learn skills in using basic gardening/landscaping tools. Working at CCI can be fast-paced and dynamic therefore having a flexible and enthusiastic approach is vital.

· Agreeing maintenance, weeding and watering schedules with other CCI gardeners

· Reporting and dealing with all volunteering issues constructively with the CCI team.
