Greenkeeper (Full-Time or Part-Time – Permanent)
Sutton Bridge Golf Club – Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire/Norfolk border

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Greenkeeper to join the team at Sutton Bridge Golf Club, a well-established and welcoming course in the heart of Lincolnshire.

This is a permanent position with flexible working hours, available on a full-time or part-time basis, making it ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance alongside a rewarding outdoor role.

About the role

As our Greenkeeper, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the overall presentation and playability of the golf course. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure the course remains in excellent condition for members and visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining greens, fairways, tees, and surrounding areas
  • Operating and maintaining ground care machinery
  • Carrying out routine turf management tasks (mowing, aeration, divoting, etc.)
  • Supporting course improvements and preparation for competitions
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are always followed

About you

  • Previous greenkeeping experience is required
  • Knowledge of turf care and machinery operation
  • A strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work early mornings, weekends, and seasonal hours as needed
