Full job description

Sandburn Hall is set amongst lakes and woodland, on the outskirts of York.

We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance assistant.

Duties include ground maintenance caring for our landscaped areas and wedding gardens.

Basic Maintenance tasks within Sandburn Hall and the Hotel.

Previous similar experience in a similar role is essential.

Desired Skills:

Basic Plumbing maintenance.

Basic Electrical experience.

Experience with mowing and groundskeeping equipment.

Experience with telescopic handler, excavator and/or tractor.

Trailer Handling.

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Follow all company health & safety and security policies and procedures.

· Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

· Perform all maintenance tasks required of guests and manager requests

· Any other duties required of management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £29,500.00 per year
