Experienced Multi-Skilled Appliance Engineers – Join Our Growing Team! We are currently seeking an Engineer with gas qualifications CCN1 and CKR1.

Domex is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Appliance Engineer to join our field-based kitchen appliance repair team, covering the South-East region, encompassing PO, BN, RH and GU postcodes.

The role will involve performing diagnostic and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers’ homes. We are looking for candidates who hold CCN1 and CKR1 qualifications, with experience of gas and dual-fuel cooking appliances as well as laundry and/or refrigeration appliances.

What We’re Looking For:

• Appliance repair experience, to include gas and dual-fuel cooking appliances as well as laundry and/or refrigeration appliances.
• CCN1 and CKR1 qualified is essential.
• Knowledge of Electrical Theory: Good understanding of the fundamentals of electrics.
• Hands-On Expertise: You’re comfortable working with tools and enjoy tackling hands-on tasks.
• Problem-Solving Enthusiast: You get a thrill from diagnosing faults and fixing technical issues.
• Customer Focus: You know how to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they feel valued and confident in your work.
• Driving: A valid manual driving licence is required to travel between customer homes.

The Appliance Engineer role:

• Diagnostics and repairs: Perform diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers’ homes.
• Visiting customers across the South-East (PO, BN, RH and GU postcodes).
• Efficient job management: A user-friendly mobile app to manage your day, including parts intake, returns, tech info and job completion.
