Food & Beverage Assistant (Evening Shifts)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20–40 hours per week, primarily on evening shifts.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering excellent service to our guests within our hotel bar and food service areas. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and providing professional, friendly service.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving beverages and food within the bar and lounge areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar and guest areas.
• Clearing and resetting tables.
• Assisting with the preparation and setup of service areas.
• Handling guest enquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.
• Working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or food service is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
