The Coach House - Stratford-Upon-Avon are looking for a experience Manager to run our beautiful great British Pub.

We have an exciting opportunity for the position of General Manager in our beautiful hospitality establishment! As a key player in our team, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the site. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team of staff, fostering an environment of collaboration, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will manage daily operations, oversee staff training and development, and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial positions within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality management best practices and customer service principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team building and employee satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
