What Makes You Splendid

We’re looking for a people-focused, strategic leader who goes beyond the typical area operations manager, someone who can set a clear vision for their area and inspire teams to deliver it.

You’ll be:
  • A strategic leader: You can set a clear vision for your area, bring people with you and turn strategic priorities into action that delivers meaningful results.
  • Commercially minded: You’re confident analysing performance, identifying trends and translating complex data into practical strategies that drive continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about people: You know that great results start with great teams. You build strong relationships, develop talent and create a culture where colleagues feel supported, engaged and motivated to succeed.
  • Guest-focused: You’re committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across every channel, ensuring our brand standards remain consistently high.
  • An operational expert: You bring strong multi-site operational experience, with the credibility to challenge, coach and support teams to achieve excellence. You understand the importance of robust processes, systems and routines in delivering consistent results.
  • A confident influencer: You can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively across Operations and the People team to achieve shared goals.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated: You’re comfortable working remotely, managing competing priorities and building effective relationships across a geographically dispersed area.
  • Experienced and mobile: You have at least 18 months’ multi-site management experience, a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across your area. Flexibility on location would be an advantage.
We live by our values, and we’d love you to bring them to life every day:
