Your Impact

As General Manager, you will:

  • Drive operational excellence to ensure the hotel consistently delivers outstanding financial, operational, and guest satisfaction results.
  • Act as the brand ambassador
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Create a culture of learning and development, building engagement and growth across all team members.
  • Lead commercial and operational strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share in a competitive environment.
  • Oversee guest feedback and ensure the hotel achieves and maintains high satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, brand, and health and safety standards, always prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and businesses.
  • Collaborate with the wider RBH team to share best practices, implement company initiatives, and stay ahead of industry trends.

About You

You’ll be a seasoned hospitality professional with:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager preferably within a branded hotel.
  • A strong commercial mindset and a track record of driving revenue and managing budgets effectively.
  • Expertise in hotel operations, including rooms and F&B offerings.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with the community.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with Hilton systems and processes is highly desirable.
