Full job description

Finefair have an exciting opportunity for a General Handyperson to join our growing, successful property management company. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of carrying out day-today repairs and snagging to our managed portfolio. You will need to be able to work within a team as well as an individual, and possess a dynamic can-do attitude.

Our properties are located within the M25 so applicants must be prepared to travel.

Jobs will be allocated in advance with a set schedule of works. Works could include, painting, decorating, leaking taps, carpentry works, hard wired smoke alarms, fire doors etc. For each job we would require before and after photos.

  • The role is full time 5 days a week (9AM – 5:30PM) and alternate Saturdays (10am to 2pm)
  • Must have own vehicle/van to start with. Following probation period, a vehicle will be provided by the company.
  • Fuel allowance will be provided

We welcome CV’s from candidates from a reactive repairs background, property and estates management or building services. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively. You must be able to use your own initiative and work well under pressure, dealing with queries and fault finding effectively and working to strict deadlines as well as have excellent verbal communication skills.
