T.B.S FM Ltd are a Reactive Building Maintenance firm based in Nottingham. We strive to provide a high quality, customer focused service which has led to our rapid growth year on year. We offer a planned and reactive maintenance service and attribute our success to individual accountability, value for money and a sound understanding of client needs.

We are looking to recruit an experienced building tradesman to join our team, working in and around the Midlands area.

Ideal candidates will be a qualified multi - skilled engineer and able to undertake a range of the following:

  • Roofing Including, Felt, Slates, Facias, Flat and Membrane
  • Joinery
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Electrical Works
  • Beneficial but not required - Groundworks – Block paving, Concreting, Tarmac Works, and Drains
  • Beneficial but not required - General Building – Bricklaying, Wall and floor Tiling, Plastering, Rendering.
