Full job description

You MUST have your own motor transport as there is no public transport to our workshop.

Are you a practical person and looking for an exciting new opportunity or a change in career? We need a Timber Building Erector / installer.

We are a dynamic construction company and as we continue to expand, we need reliable erectors to contribute to the success of our projects.

You could be someone from an outdoor background or enjoy doing your own DIY projects, you may be a Multiskilled handyman / woodworker / carpenter (Carpentry Qualification or CSCS Card Not Required) or fitter or someone who has good practical experience. You may also be a general builder.

Experience in fencing, timber building erecting, caretaker or other practical roles would be useful.

You will be Erecting and assembling timber structures, ensuring precision and accuracy in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

In the workshop you will be making panels for a range of our different buildings, hanging doors, fitting locks etc.

You will also be going on site helping with the installation of a range of buildings and we are looking for you in time to lead an erecting team if you so wish.

You will need to have good problem-solving skills and be able to work on your own or as part of a team.

You will need to be physically fit.
