Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Maintenance person to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for homeowners, team and visitors alike. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will help keep operations running smoothly, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
  • Assist with general maintenance and electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team or management, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Collect communal waste and transfer to the main bin store
  • Support with day to day set up of areas within the development

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance practices across building systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration.
  • Customer service orientation to address internal requests professionally and promptly.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate team members and foster a positive work environment.
