Carpenter/Multi Trader Operative at Stow Healthcare

PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITON THAT LIVE IN THE CHELMSFORD,HARLOW AREAS

As a Carpenter/ Multi Trader operative, you’ll help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll carry out various day-to-day tasks, ensure compliance standards are met and take part in an on call rota to respond to emergencies. This position forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and you will work across our portfolio of homes.

  • Willingness to complete training and support fire safety requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers
