The role:
Join us, and you'll be a Site Administrator for the best beer company in the world. You'll take the lead from day one, speak your mind, and grow your career faster than you thought possible.
You will undertake a wide range of high-level administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • ZBB and Budgetary Control: Support and analyze spend packages and sub-packages with the Site PPM and People Team.
  • Finance - SAP Purchase Orders: Resolve queries effectively and on time.
  • Purchasing Card Management: Ensure costs are recharged correctly to appropriate departments.
  • Support Brewery Operations with TMS: Assist in managing Brewery Operations with TMS.
  • Agency Timesheets and Overtime Processing: Action discrepancies in agency timesheets and process overtime accurately.
  • Site Briefs and Presentation Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and publish Site Briefs. Responsible for collating and updating presentations and slides for TV screens.
  • General Support and Communication: Provide general support to the People Team, including handling basic admin tasks and covering during holidays. Field calls, emails, and inquiries, taking appropriate action as required.
  • Diary Management and Travel Coordination: Maintain diary planning meticulously and execute tasks autonomously. Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements for Brewery Operations, ensuring adherence to Zero-Based Budgeting guidelines.
  • Proactive Task Prioritization: Proactively prioritize and follow up on a wide range of topics, ensuring seamless conclusions wherever possible.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Proven track record as a PA at the Senior Level.
  • High proficiency in computer literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and internal systems like SAP.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
