- Working to plans and specifications while maintaining high standards of finish
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Keeping tools, equipment, and the company van clean, organised, and in good working order
What We're Looking For

- Practical knowledge of falls, levels, and gradient calculations for drainage and paving
- Experience working with or connecting to existing drainage systems, including pumping stations
- Must be registered under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision, as well as part of a wider team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high standard of finish on every job
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

What We Offer
- Competitive day rate of £180 – £200 depending on experience

- Company van provided for work use
- Fuel card provided
- Opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive, growing company
