About Us:
LJR Group is a trusted provider of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and compliance works across the housing and public sector. We're mobilising a new contract delivering responsive general building works, and are looking to expand our local team with experienced Multi-Traders.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Multi-Traders with a strong background in social housing repairs to join our growing team in Oxford. You’ll be carrying out a wide range of internal and external works across occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens
• Basic plumbing: taps, toilets, sinks
• Plaster patching and boarding
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and flooring repairs
• General repairs and snagging
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time and in line with H&S requirements
• 5-Point PPE at all times
• Completing job reports via mobile app (BigChange)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar role
• Own tools and transport preferred (company van may be provided)
• CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Right to work in the UK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
