General Manager

Easy Clean Norfolk | £38,500 per year

Ready to lead, organise and bring a brilliant team together?

Easy Clean Norfolk is a holiday home cleaning and management company looking for a hands-on General Manager to help keep the business running smoothly and moving forward.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys people, planning and getting stuck in. You’ll oversee key day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and work closely with our sales team to spot opportunities and come up with fresh ideas to grow the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and coordinating payroll
  • Inputting invoicing
  • Managing, supporting and developing the team, helping everyone work together and grow
  • Keeping an eye on business trends, workload and staffing needs
  • Planning ahead and identifying when we need to recruit
  • Working alongside the sales team to develop ideas that attract new business
  • Finding practical ways to improve how we work and deliver a great service

Working pattern

The role follows the seasonal rhythm of holiday home cleaning:

  • Peak season: five days a week, including Saturday
  • Shoulder months: five days a week, Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an organised, approachable manager who can keep on top of the details while bringing people together. You’ll be confident taking responsibility, communicating clearly and helping a busy team stay focused, supported and positive. You’ll also enjoy developing people and building a team that works well together.

Experience in management, payroll, invoicing and or a busy customer-focused operation would be useful. Just as important is a practical attitude, good judgement and the ability to come up with ideas and turn them into action.
