Are you a General Manager looking for your next challenge? An exciting opportunity has popped up at The New Inn in Coln which is run by Baz & Fred LTD (creators of The Stump pub). The New Inn has become a massive success and is now seen as one of the ‘go-to’ establishments of the Cotswolds. The pub is well known for its beautiful building, delicious burgers alongside a fantastic and ever-changing menu which focus' on seasonal produce and cooking with smoke and fire. As well as having a busy restaurant there is also 15 well-presented rooms above the pub which have a consistently high occupancy.
Our team is our family and we are very proud of our working culture here. We are looking for someone as passionate and as driven as we are to manage the pub and join the Baz & Fred team. We are looking for a leader that is dedicated to ensuring all customers receive the very best experience while dining at the pub whilst keeping the ship in order. Full support by the Area Manager will be given throughout.
