We are on the lookout for a Technical Manager to join our friendly, dynamic team at Jordan’s Dorset Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join a great team at our Poole site. A key stakeholder within the Poole Leadership team, overseeing both our Technical and Hygiene operations.

Our Site General Manager is looking for a team member to...

  • Lead the Technical and Hygiene teams, setting the standards on Food Safety, GMP, quality management system compliance and hygiene.
  • Drive a robust food safety and quality assurance culture through the site and the wider JDR business ensuring alignment with Route 300.
  • Key stakeholder within the Poole Senior Leadership team
  • Drive root cause analysis to reduce consumer complaints, non-conformances and factory incidents within manufacturing operations

  • Proven Technical management experience
  • Thorough understanding of Food legislation
