Full job description

Northdown Property Services (NPS) are looking for a multi-skilled tradesperson to join their expanding refurbishment business, specializing in high quality private sector residential works.

Ideally the applying candidate will be time served, multi trade experience and have a good handle on the general make-up of residential properties. A keen self-starter, with focus on customer care and quality of focus, adept at managing your own time, you’ll be well used to working on refurbishment projects with or without assistance.

The main duties of the role will be to carry out emergency repairs and planned project work in the to the highest of standards and to ensure all works are carried out within the agreed SLA time frames.
