Who are we looking for?

We need people who have a passion to help others. You will want to make sure our customers receive the best support they can in the aftermath of a road accident.

Your considerate and empathetic phone manner will reassure our customers, while the knowledge and expertise you will develop from our training academy will enable you to deploy valuable services to our client and keep them informed of their claim progress. You will be tactful when dealing with clients who are in difficult situations and keep calm and collected during these conversations. You will have a polite telephone manner and be eager to listen to our clients and resolve any issues they have.

You will be the type of person who is happy to get stuck in and do their best without constant supervision. We don’t like to micromanage. However, you will be comfortable asking for support when you need it.

What will you be doing?

  • Update clients so they are aware of where their claim is up to and what the next steps are, understand what is going on and can see the good work we do on their behalf.
  • Provide timely updates to other stakeholders.
  • Speak with other parties involved in the claim, such as witnesses, insurance companies and third party drivers.
  • Advising clients on their claim’s prospects of success efficiently, so they can pursue the best course of action following an accident.


  • Starting salary from £21,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.
  • We endeavour to accommodate flexible working requests wherever possible.
  • 28 holidays including bank holidays plus;
  • A day’s holiday for your birthday.
  • Up to a day’s emergency leave for when life throws a curveball
  • Full pay for parental leave for emergencies.

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
