Full job description

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still with over 7,400 homes in our stock, and we offer services to over 16,000 tenants.

Main Purpose of the Job

To carry out predominately labouring work and repairs to Adra’s occupied and empty properties, communal areas, related assets, and any other contractual works throughout the County and surrounding areas.

To carry out other duties that may be classed as multiskilled work.

To carry out property clearance duties within Adra’s empty (void) and occasionally occupied properties, garages, communal areas, land, and associated assets across the County and surrounding areas.

Qualification Requirements:

Essential - Relevant and extensive demonstrable experience

Desirable - Relevant experience in property clearance, waste management, grounds maintenance, labouring and general clearance work

Desirable - Qualified to City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in one of the following building trades: roofing/ bricklaying/ joinery/ plastering/ plumbing/groundworks
