Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional and proactive Front of House/Building Support Administrator to support the smooth day to day running of a multi-tenanted office building. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house tenant liaison, administration, and general support making it ideal for someone who is organised, approachable and able to use there own initiative.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors so a professional manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Duties

  • Meet and greet visitors, tenants and staff in a polite, friendly and professional manner
  • Act as the main point of contact for day to day enquiries and queries within the building
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post for office tenants
  • Liaise with tenants regarding parking management and related requests
  • Monitor, respond to and draft emails using Microsoft outlook
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance site team, contractors, clients and the managing agents
  • Assist with contractors attending the building, including tenant contractors, Landlord appointed contractors and building maintenance team contractors
  • Support colleagues and assist with additional tasks when required
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with managing agents, Ramora staff, tenants and visitors
  • Help ensure the building is presented and operated in a professional and efficient manner at all times

Skills

  • Previous administration of front of house experience is beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided
  • Good communication and customer service skills are essential
  • SIA training or SIA license required/beneficial
  • Experience working in a commercial building, office environment, reception/Concierge or a facilities support role would be an advantage
