Job Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Site Joiner to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering expert carpentry on a range of commercial fit-out projects, including hospitals, rail and commercial properties. Your focus will primarily be on second-fix joinery, with a strong emphasis on fitting fire doors in line with building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality joinery work, concentrating on second-fix tasks across various commercial projects.
• Install fire doors and ensure compliance with required building regulation standards.
• Work effectively in partially operational environments, managing deadlines while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Support general construction activities when required, demonstrating flexibility to assist the team as needed.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold our commitment to excellence in every task.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Proven background in joinery, particularly within commercial settings.
• Experience with second-fix joinery and fire door installations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage project deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• A proactive “can-do” approach and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
