Role Summary

As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, direct enquiries and take accurate messages
  • Respond to and manage general queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare, send and manage documentation via email
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, including scanning and document control
  • Support the preparation and updating of expediting reports
  • Assist with stock counts and related data entry
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Provide and manage certification portal
  • Prepare customer quotations for provisional service centre works
  • Coordinate company vehicle servicing, MOTs, repairs and insurance claims
  • Provide general administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as required
