Role Overview

As Store Manager/Senior Styling Consultant/Hairstylist, you’ll lead daily store operations, customer experience, and team management. You will be pivotal in establishing service standards, training programs, product sales strategies, and content-driven customer engagement.

Who Are We Looking For?

You're passionate about hairstyling and wigs, experienced in team leadership, and capable of bridging sales and creative content. You have strong service skills and a keen sense for visual expression, motivating your team and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting and Team Operations

o Oversee store routines, customer engagement, team scheduling, and filming coordination.

o Manage online booking systems and optimize in-store customer journeys.

o Develop customer records and enhance UGC engagement.

2. Content Collaboration and Brand Building

o Collaborate on content planning and filming.

o Engage team in content creation, live sessions, and visual documentation.

o Provide user feedback to content strategy.

3. Team Development and Sales Management

o Train consultants in service excellence and media presentation.

o Foster a sales-oriented team culture.

o Regularly review sales and content effectiveness.

4. External Communications and Community Engagement

o Support media interactions and brand communications.

o Assist in organizing store events and community activities.

5. Comprehensive Professional Skills

o Offer expert advice on footwear and wigs.

o Coordinate fitting sessions aligning style with customer needs.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy preferred.
  • 3+ years in styling, fashion retail, or wig consulting.
  • Team management experience highly advantageous.
  • Content creation or media presentation experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and goal-setting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
