As part of our Assets team, you’ll undertake a variety of asset damp surveys to inform investment planning, diagnose effects, scope works, and prepare specifications.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out damp surveys, preparing budget estimates, specifications, schedules, bills of quantities, and obtaining quotations or tenders.
  • Preparing reports and statistical returns, and monitoring information for management and boards.
  • Undertaking general surveying and project management duties.
  • Attending and facilitating resident group meetings.
  • Liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders on all matters relating to responsive, planned, and servicing activities.
  • Championing good practice in asset management and taking an active role in your own personal development.


What we’re looking for:

  • HNC, HND, other qualification, or equivalent experience in Building Surveying.
  • Experience carrying out damp surveys.
  • Working towards or obtained a Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings, or equivalent would be ideal.
