Overview

As Site Manager, you will coordinate site activities, monitor progress and support safe, organised delivery. You will work with teams who will be conducting internal and external domestic property renovation, you will liaise with relevant stakeholders to keep plans, resources and day-to-day work aligned with company procedures.

Duties & Requirments

  • All aspects of H&S to be managed, including RAMS, permits and inductions
  • Coordinate site operations and communicate priorities, progress and emerging issues to colleagues.
  • Track programme milestones, identify delays and support timely decisions to keep work moving.
  • Manage site resources and activities, applying sound time management to balance competing priorities.
  • Use project information and relevant planning tools to support coordination and clear reporting.
  • Your impact: Clear progress updates help colleagues resolve issues promptly and keep site activities aligned.
  • Practical time management, organisation and communication skills to coordinate work
  • Hold SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid Certification
  • Excel and Outlook literate
  • monitor progress and respond to changing priorities. You should be able to use project information carefully and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: From £250.00 per day
