Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer/General Builder to join our team in the Carmarthen area, responsible for a variety of construction skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple aspects of building , including but not limited to building, rendering, laying garden slabs. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety. To include use of company vehicle, to and from company premises.

Responsibilities

• Execute building tasks including but not limited to bricklaying, rendering, laying garden slabs.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bricklaying/construction roles, with a strong understanding of various techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift materials when necessary.

Pay: £30,287.00-£32,385.00 per year
