General Manager – Customer Accounts | REMONDIS offers workspaces at either its Bedlington or Doncaster office | Full Time | Salary dependent on experience

Are you a dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing customer accounts for waste management and recycling or similar industries?

Have you played a pivotal role in building up business by winning, and then managing new work?

REMONDIS is expanding its footprint in the UK and is looking for a proactive and skilled individual to join its UK team and work across the north of England and the North Midlands.

As General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by securing accounts to be serviced directly by REMONDIS and supported by a network of partner organisations.

In line with this, you will build up your network of potential customers and industry contacts and deliver reliable service to meet client needs for operational, financial and reporting requirements.

Are you the right person for the job?

The company is seeking someone who:

· Has 3-5+ years of experience in waste/recycling or related sectors

· Has the skills and drive of a salesperson

· Exhibits strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

· Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels

· Demonstrates analytical prowess and effective problem-solving abilities

· Can manage workload efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines

· Is a team player, making valuable contributions within a collaborative environment

· Enjoys getting out to visit customers at their sites and fully understanding their requirements

· Produces high quality written proposals and reports
