· Provide training, mentorship and performance management for maintenance team members.

· Coordinate with other departments to minimise downtime and disruption to operations.

· Act as the primary point of contact during technical emergencies.

· Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs aligned with Good Hotel values

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in hospitality or facility environment.

· IOSH, NEBOSH qualification or relevant trade certification (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) is highly preferred.

· Strong technical knowledge across multiple building systems.

· Hands-on skills essentials- must be comfortable working on repairs and troubleshooting.

· Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends when necessary.

· Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety compliance.

· Passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
