Due to a sharp increase in new contracts with estate agents and landlords, we’re expanding our team! We’re on the lookout for talented and reliable Joiners, Electricians, Plumbers, and Multi-Skilled Tradespeople who can deliver top-quality work and exceptional service across both domestic and commercial properties.

If you're a tradesperson who takes pride in doing things right the first time and enjoys working independently with the backing of a solid team, this could be your next big opportunity.

About the Role:

You’ll handle a variety of property maintenance and improvement tasks, from minor repairs to full refurbishments. Jobs range from end-of-tenancy touch-ups to full kitchen and bathroom installations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Completing high-standard repairs and installations
• Providing excellent customer service
• Logging job details, time, and materials via our easy-to-use mobile app
• Communicating clearly with our helpdesk and operations director

Key Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you have at least 5 years of general building experience and are confident in most of the following areas:

• Roofing (felt, rubber, tile, etc.)
• Plumbing and minor electrical work
• Painting and decorating
• Kitchen and bathroom refurbs
• PVC windows, doors, and garage doors
• Flooring (vinyl, wood, carpet)
• Fascia, soffit, and guttering

You should be capable of:

• Accurately assessing jobs
• Estimating labour time and material requirements
• Writing up clear job reports for quotation and handover

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Access to transport (car or van)

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: From £200/day, depending on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
• Travel expenses paid
