This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive site management team, where you’ll be encouraged to take pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning environments for our young people and staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair work across all sites

  • Undertaking daily and weekly scheduled checks and tasks
  • Using basic IT systems to log and track maintenance work
  • Opening and securing premises as needed, including being a named key holder

What We’re Looking For:

  • A reliable, trustworthy and proactive individual with a strong work ethic
  • Someone who can use their initiative and manage their own workload
  • A commitment to high standards in a school and care home setting
  • Flexibility to work across all four sites – your own transport is essential

Previous experience in a school or care setting is not required. There will be opportunities to complete premises-related qualifications. You will be based primarily at our Rigwood site, just outside Saltburn, but will regularly work across all locations.
