Affinity Workforce Solutions are delighted to be supporting a number of welcoming, inclusive primary schools across Sutton, South London. These schools are part of a highly regarded multi‑academy trust known for its nurturing ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to providing exceptional education for every child.
Our partner schools are now seeking dedicated Primary School Teachers (QTS) to join their supportive teams.
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You'll create engaging lessons, support pupils of all abilities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Be Doing

Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Creating a supportive, stimulating classroom environment

Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

Working collaboratively with phase leaders, support staff, and SLT
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about primary education and pupil development
- Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative, adaptable, and reflective in your teaching practice
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to inclusive education
- Experience in UK primary settings is desirable Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom
