General Manager, London Site Launch
A globally adored brand is coming to the UK, and you could be one of the first to lead it here.

Here's what we can tell you.
One of the most-loved feel-good brands on the other side of the world is making its move to the UK. The first sites are on their way, and this role is to lead one of them. It's a cult name in its home market: the kind of place people queue for, post about, and treat as a little ritual of joy. Think positive energy, playful self-expression, seriously good product, and a genuine obsession with looking after both the local community and the planet.

Here's what we can't tell you. Who they are. Not yet. That's the fun part.

We're recruiting on their behalf, under the name Talent Unlimited, for one of the people who'll bring this brand to life on British soil for the very first time.

The role
This is a General Manager opportunity unlike most. You won't be inheriting a tired site and tweaking it, you'll be opening a brand-new one as part of the brand's UK launch. You'll lead the launch, build and inspire a team from scratch, set the tone for how the brand feels the moment someone walks through the door, and help prove that the magic travels. Get this right, and you're not just running a site, you're helping lay the foundation for everything that follows in the UK.

You're probably someone who:
