Job title: Regional Assistant General Manager

Location: 4 parks across Cornwall region

Pay: Dependant on experience

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)

Shifts: To be agreed

Days: 5 days a week, including weekends

Contract: Permanent – role to commence December 2026/January 2027

Live In: Not permanently available with this role. We would consider a temporary arrangement if needed in the short-term

Full UK driving licence required.

Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take the next step in your management career?

We are looking for a Regional Assistant General Manager to support the leadership and performance of our four award-winning Cornwall parks. Working closely with the Regional General Manager and park leadership teams, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, high operational standards and strong team performance across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Assistant General Manager or an experienced Head of Department looking to broaden their leadership experience. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of holiday park operations, develop regional management responsibilities and may also take ownership of a specialist area across the region, such as Guest Experience, Grounds and Maintenance.

The role is designed to provide additional operational leadership capacity across the region, enabling the Regional General Manager to focus on wider strategic and commercial priorities whilst ensuring our parks continue to deliver exceptional guest experiences, high operational standards and strong team performance.

What will you do?

  • Support the leadership and performance of our four Cornwall parks
  • Partner with park leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Coach, support and develop managers across the region
  • Drive high operational standards, compliance and consistency
  • Support budget management and financial performance
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Lead regional projects and business initiatives
  • Promote engagement, accountability and high performance
  • Support commercial objectives and revenue growth
  • Take ownership of a specialist operational area aligned to your experience
  • Deputise for the Regional General Manager when required

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Head of Department or similar leadership role
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong operational and customer service focus
  • Commercial awareness and budget experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence working across multiple locations and teams
  • Experience in a specialist area such as Guest Experience, Grounds and Maintenance or Accommodation would be advantageous
  • Holiday home or caravan sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Ambition to progress into a General Manager role
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
